Subject-003, self-identified as “Quroth” is a sentient, self-sustaining subcognitive construct that initially manifested during Experiment ████-00. Employee ███████████ served as the mental catalyst for Subject-003's emersion during the procedure. During subsequent procedures Subject-003 displayed autonomy from it's catalyst. Catastrophic failure occurred during experiment ████-03, resulting in ██ casualties, with all neural activity terminated simultaneously. All camera footage of this incident was corrupted and deemed unrecoverable by current technology. No human survivors recorded. Subject-003 presumed terminated during the incident.

THE GRASPING HANDS COMPLEX: NATURAL WONDER OF THE WORLD

Deep within the hollows of Orcus Valley lies a structure that defies explanation to this day: The Grasping Hands Complex. This complex occupies an area of 4,100,000 square ft. Colossal structures of intertwined plant matter rise from the earth within the complex, resembling grasping arms. Considered a dimensional treasure, the Grasping Hands Complex is protected by Legerity's Forestry Preservation Branch. (LFPB)

Questions persist over how the complex was formed. Botanists who have received permission from the LFPB to study the monument claim that the plant tissue composing the structure does not exist elsewhere within the Abandoned Lands. These Botanists have observed plant stalks comprising the structure bleeding sap when cut, and reported an undetermined humming sound emitting from the complex after rainfall.

The sight invoked by the Grasping Hands Complex invokes imagery of the Primordial Gods reaching into the abyss. Local legends insist the hands emerged from the soil over a thousand years ago in an act of divine intervention. Archived records from the Annals of Vachivum contain a similar legend of titanic hands clawing out from the infernal earth to reach daylight.

Access of the main chamber has proved difficult. Assessment of the Grasping Hands Complex reveals extension of 12m from the border of the complex on a weekly basis. Projected growth of 6,716.6801 sq. ft per year at current rate of expansion. Measures to limit growth of the complex are currently underway.

The active binding spell currently exhibits no signs of deterioration. No further action needed as of current. Exile maintenance procedures are scheduled to resume without additional revision on a routine basis. Refer to handbook 1-005B for further instructions.
