Subject-009 is a sentient, self-sustaining subcognitive construct that initially manifested during Experiment ████-09. Employee █████████████ served as the mental catalyst for Subject-009's emersion during the procedure. During subsequent procedures Subject-009 displayed autonomy from it's catalyst. Catastrophic failure occurred during experiment ████-09, with all of Subject-009's neural activity terminated during the procedure. All camera footage of this incident was corrupted and deemed unrecoverable by current technology.

Negotiation agreements outlined in Article-██████ are to be maintained invariably. Between 10-20 rangers are to be stationed at Mount Lunate at any given time to cut back Mountain Rot and purify infested fauna. Any major issues arising in regards to maintaining these agreements should be reported to Outpost Manager █████ ██████ immediately.

Performance is expected to exceed Yarvel's satisfaction. In instance of failure to maintain the assigned goal all rangers will be reprimanded in accordance with the disciplinary measures outlined in Article-██-█-9A0B. Poor performers will be assessed and removed from Squadron-██-██-63. All rangers removed from Squadron-██-██-63 will be subjected to credit garnishment in accordance with the outlined amount in Article-██-███-07 for each offense discovered during their assessment.

Before survey vehicles can begin their ascent up Mount Lunate, standing just beneath the eastern face is Yarvel. Self-proclaimed protector of Mount Lunate, Yarvel has lived atop the rocky surface of the mountain for years but she is not the only one who calls this place home. Mount Lunate hosts large range of biodiversity, being home to many unique fauna and plants.

Mount Lunate is renowned for it's unique ecosystem and beautiful terrain. It is topped with multiple large peaks which contrast strikingly against the sky above. The scent of pine will hit your nose long before entering the mountain depths. A quiet murmur of rushing water can be heard nearing the center of the mountain, the alluring view of deep blue water is unmistakable. Along the journey, travelers should be ready to encounter hundreds of endemic fauna.

The preliminary zoning areas for an amusement park development project on Mount Lunate were approved relatively quickly by officials. By the time most residents had heard of the proposal, survey markers already begun appearing along the lower ridgeline of the mountain. The developers behind this project insist it will bring bigger profit to the nearby town in the form of tourism once the project is complete. while detractors say this development project will disrupt the local ecosystem due to the deforestation and erosion required to develop the amusement park. Critics express concern over the finalized project introducing excessive noise and light pollution as well.

“They call this vacant land,” Yarvel said, gesturing towards a waterfall with various Dottus Aveformes gathering to drink from the stream. “There is no such thing as vacant land here. This mountain is already occupied. I will stand for the inhabitants who cannot stand for themselves.” Her statements are not without their merit, either. Yarvel wields extraordinary abilities with her staff and has since created a barrier that survey vehicles are incapable of passing through. She refused to make further comment on the matter, stating she had already said all that she needed to.
