ABOUT ME

Welcome to my domain! My name is Heath, I spend most of my time drawing, playing games, and listening to music. I have a hard time expressing myself but I have culivated a rich inner world. It's one I hope to share with others through my art.

As a result, this site is mostly dedicated to my personal projects and artwork! Be warned, this also includes pages for miscellaneous things that pique my interest as well ^_^ I enjoy horror, fantasy and a little bit of sci-fi, so expect those themes to crop up.

I also have a huge interest in biology, particularly zoology! I may dedicate some pages to that in the future. My favorite subjects are freshwater ichthyology, entomology, and herpetology. I've also picked up gardening recently, maybe I'll add a blog section... Still undecided for now lol

My site is an endless work in progress! I'm trying my best to ensure the layout is responsive as I understand not every has a desktop, I was stuck without one for a quite few years myself :P I also understand some users may want to keep their desktop windows in a smaller resolution for privacy too. Most pages should function on smaller screen sizes and are mobile-navigatable, although some might need a bit of fiddling to before they look polished on mobile and smaller resolutions. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Happy pride month everyone! Added a few button options and a code to embed them, I spent way too long trying to decide which graphic I wanted to use so I just added some of them as options. I also added shrine pages for a few of my original characters, not finished yet but there's a few picmix graphics to look at for each :P I messed around with adding a freeze effect to the gifs under those pages both for saftey reasons (I don't want to cause someone to have a seizure via site update tab or something, that would be bad.) and for the sake of making browsing easier on the eyes for anyone who does not share my taste for sparkly fast moving .gif files. It finally feels like summer today and the heat is kicking my ass so I'll probably take it easy the next few days and focus on drawing lol

Major overhaul update! I have the comics section with some fallback measures so it doesn't feel super broken while I work on the projects I want to publish. I added a read more and the aforementioned more heavily lore-related information will be accessible there, as well as basic character bios for projects which lack bios written in a more "in-universe" setting. Some pages are still unfinished, I decided to mark them with a "WIP" graphic so be aware those are not functional yet! I figured if I wait on myself to be ready that I'm never going to get around to finishing them. Publishing to my website will hopefully help motivate me to finish them x_X I feel like this was a nice compromise. I also revamped the gallery and added a lot of art pieces, they have captions now! I also created the shrine pages featuring my fanart of various series, I have some more W.I.Ps underway, but I plan to focus on my original works for now. I've finished rendering some pages for the first issue of Abandoned Lands. Stay tuned!
